While Token Treasures makes every effort to ensure that letters and keepsakes are delivered as intended, we do not guarantee delivery in all cases. Factors such as incorrect recipient information, inability to verify the sender’s passing, recipient relocation, or unforeseen circumstances may prevent successful delivery. Token Treasures is not liable for undelivered letters or gifts, and no refunds will be issued for non-delivery.
